Our Story
Hernandez Development & Construction is a Florida-based firm specializing in ground-up commercial projects, Class A industrial logistics and distribution centers, and self-storage development. Since 2002, we have completed nearly 17 million square feet across industrial, retail, office, and medical sectors in Florida, Illinois, and other markets. Our projects include Class A distribution centers, warehouse facilities, and self-storage developments. Backed by an experienced team with expertise in land acquisition, preconstruction, design-build, procurement, construction, and asset management, we manage the full process in-house to ensure speed, transparency, and value for clients.
